OC Succulents

As always the staff at OC Succulents knocked it out of the park! They are always helpful, kind, and go out of their way to support customers. I'm a new small business still figuring things out and they are always on my team :-) Today I purchase a plant an pot along with the rest of my order and left it on the counter. They remembered me and called me to come back and get it. They held it behind the counter while I was out to lunch and kindly gave it to me when I returned. They are absolutely my supplier and I drive out from Redlands.

I had the misfortune of interacting with Vianey in person and on the phone. I called in advance letting them know that I was on my way, and that there was a little traffic. I arrived at 4:50PM. I then asked her where I can purchase 2 snake plants and be on my way. She then tells me to go through the front door, in which they already shut them. She was insistent and enthusiastic in telling me they already closed, at 4:53PM. Vianey: "Yeah, we already closed, its hot and we all want to leave" Why did she tell me on the phone that if I arrived before 5PM I would be able to make my purchase, and instead have me arrive to tell me they're done for the day and all the registers are counted, and I should come back tomorrow at 7am when they re-open. The business hours are listed open until 5PM, or closing earlier depending on whatever Vianey says. It's frustrating in that I left work early, tried to give them my business, and being turned away by an employee who has no interest in helping. The snake plants were right at the front near the check out counter, so its not like she would have had to go get them or do anything. It's wild to me that an employee like her put more effort into

I was incredibly impressed with my experience at OC Succulents. The overall size and quality of their inventory are unmatched every plant and pot is maintained to absolute perfection. The staff is truly the best part of the experience. You couldn't ask for better people to help you. From the gentleman with the long hair and his friendly, outgoing personality to the "magical hands" of the plant artist, the team is exceptional. I brought in one of my own plants that was ready to move into a larger pot, and they immediately provided beautiful suggestions and handled the repotting with expert care. They did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality plants and top-tier service!

This place is huge and the offer of succulents and tropical plants is just as big. Prices are fair and some are really good. It’s a place to visit even for just looking around. Beautiful tillandsia and African violets. Staff is courteous and you get a discount on your birthday! Almost forgot, they also have a nice selection of pots

Oc Succulents in Irvine is wonderful. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for and the ladies at the front register are even more helpful and patient with everyone regardless of how big or small your purchase will be. That is one of the things I appreciate about OC Succulents. Aside from their knowledgeable and friendly staff they have a vast variety of rare succulents and other exterior and interior plants at awesome prices. Which, is why my family and I enjoy going to look at their selections and pick a few for us to bring home. Thank you OC Succulents.
